ranxt, Inc. ("ranxt," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.   • First Name and Last Name: Used to personalize your experience within the App.
  • Contacts: With your explicit permission, we may access your device's contact list to help you find and connect with friends who also use ranxt. We do not access your contacts without your prior consent, and you may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

When you use our App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your usage of the App, including:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including pages or screens viewed, features used, time spent on the App, and other engagement metrics.

5. In-App Purchases and Payments

The App supports in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details or billing information. 6. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

9. Your Rights and Choices

9.1 Account Information

9.2 Contacts Permission

You may revoke the App's access to your contacts at any time through your device's settings. Revoking this permission will not delete contacts data already collected, but we will no longer access your contacts going forward. To request deletion of previously collected contacts data, please contact us.

9.3 Push Notifications

You may opt out of receiving push notifications by adjusting the notification settings on your device.

9.4 Analytics Opt-Out

You may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your device settings or by using the opt-out mechanisms provided by our analytics partners.

10. GDPR Rights (European Economic Area Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. These include:

11. CCPA/CPRA Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This section describes those rights and explains how to exercise them.

11.1 Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Phone number, first name, last name.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information: Usage data, device information, log data, and information about your interactions with the App.
  • Contact lists: Names and phone numbers from your device contacts (with your permission).

11.2 Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes that are necessary to provide the services you request.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, provide a different level or quality of service, or suggest that you will receive a different price or level of service for exercising your rights.

11.3 How to Exercise Your CCPA/CPRA Rights

To exercise your rights, you may submit a verifiable consumer request by contacting us at info@ranxt.net or visiting our feedback form. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period (up to an additional 45 days).

11.4 Financial Incentives

We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.

12. California Shine the Light

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 13. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, the App does not currently respond to DNT signals. 14. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@ranxt.net.

For users between the ages of 13 and 16 who reside in the European Economic Area, we require parental or guardian consent before processing personal data in accordance with GDPR requirements. For California residents under the age of 16, we will not sell their personal information without affirmative authorization as required by the CCPA/CPRA.

15. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing them with your personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the App or by other means as required by applicable law.
